Pursuant to 18 Del. C. §526A, each insurer licensed to write Property, Casualty or Title insurance in this State is required to file a supplement to Schedule T of its annual statement (the “§ 526A Statement”), showing its direct writings and experience in this State and the United States. Each insurer (P&C or Title) should submit a pdf copy of either the report or an affidavit of exemption via email to DOI_reg303@state.de.us annually by May 1st under the laws adopted by the Delaware General Assembly 18 Delaware Code, Section §526A and Regulation 303 (formerly Regulation 57).
