The principal function of the Delaware Department of Insurance, Consumer Services Division, is to help Delaware consumers who have insurance by regulating the actions of insurance companies and producers (also known as agents) for fully insured policies written in Delaware. As a regulatory agency we cannot recommend an insurance company or producer.
